Renewing Cricket News Subscription on its own and deducting mony

I have an airtel prepaid connection 9818477843. Some weeks earlier i started the WeeklyCricketPack, TestBasedService on this connection. It started at that time. After one week i got the message that "You have been renewed for (WeeklyCricketPack, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel STK. You have been charged Rs 10 (From Number 64611010).

After that I compliained to the customer care and asked them to stop this service. They told me that a request has been made and the service will be discontinued from the next week. But again on 17th March I got the same message and the money deducted from my account. What is this? Is this the way the company should work?
