Deactivation of 3 SIM Cards

I had purchased 3 Prepaid Mobile Phone SIM Cards on 27 March from an outlet in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh (H.P) bearing the following numbers:

91 9805 86 4081

91 9805 86 4091

91 9805 86 4022

All the 3 SIM Cards were recklessly DEACTIVATED only after 3 months of usage. My 2 emails to the H.P Customer Support Service (addressed to the Nodal Officer) dated July 9 and 16 fell on deaf ears and were NOT answered.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS URGENTLY AS NOT ONLY I AM NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY CHILDREN WHO ARE STUDYING IN INDIA, ALL THE CREDITS WHICH I HAVE LOADED IN THE 3 MOBILE PHONES ARE GONE!!
