Airtel prepaid mobile service
No outgoing calls

My mobile number is 09936632305. I can not make out going calls on roaming. The sim card is from Lucknow U.P. i am in vishakapatnam andhra pradesh. i have made numerous complaints to their Lucknow office from other phone and wasted a lot of money. they gave me complaint number 0121093932 and 0121120911 . i have visited their "Main office Vishakapatnam Sripuram" i was attended by Ms Lavanya after waiting for 30 minutes and she cud not help in any way. This was on 23rd Jan about 1745 hrs.

My prepaid balance is around Rs 1100 . it is a sorry state of affairs in this company i've to make international calls and no help is forth coming from airtel.

Pls take urgent action.
