Unsubscribed vas downloads and debit charge

I am getting regular download messages from 290603, which i have never subscribed, and airtel debits Rs. 3 each time. I can not find any airtel customer support to resolve this. even i have requested for stopping vas facility, to which airtel says i do not have the facility.
