My pre-paid mobile connection no. 9867268423 received a SMS on 11.09.2009 saying that "Congrats! You have been chosen for a FREE trial of Matrimonials on Mobile. Your trial ends tommorrow & you will continue getting Matrimoney Alerts at just Rs.10 for 10 days. Dial *321*11#(toll-free) to enter your matrimonial profile instantly! To deactivate your FREE trial send STOP to 121."
After receipt of this message, no. of attempts were made on 11.09.2009 and thereafter every day to STOP this unwarranted VAS but every time the reply from the Service Center was "We are unable to process your request. Please try later."
Till date no positive reply has been received.
