Airtel prepaid mobile service
No incoming/ outgoing calls

I had changed my service from postpaid to prepaid. But even after submitting all the necessary documents many times, I am unable to receive or make calls from my mobile phone. It has been a month now, but still this problem has not been solved by the concerned people, even after filing many complaints with the customer care, and the local vendor as well.
