Airtel prepaid mobile service
Auto depletion of bal

For last 2 Mondays i.e. 9/11/09 and 16/11/09, my bal has been deducted by Rs.30/- each stating I have subscribed to games subscription which in fact I have not done. Im in touch with their cust service mail but doubt they will do something about it.

Pls help to get me my money back and also stop this auto debit,
