Activation of bol bol pack without subscription

Hi

I am regular user of airtel prepaid mobile from 1.5 years. On 17/01 bol bol pack was activated without subscription and they didn't tell anything nor sent sms about it.

when I contact customer care they asnwer that we can not accept your complaint. The person was prabhat (superviser) from ahmedabad bharti telecom branch. so what should I do for getting my money back?
