Barred Outgoing Calls to my mobile no.9789741148 even having provided all proof and everithig

Dear Sir,

I Got a prepaid mobile Connection and was using almost upto 15 days, during the address verification my labour attended and gave the wrong details. so my outgoing calls are barred by service proveder, So I went to the nearest service proveder (turaiyur) and gave the proof 3 times subsiquently. They Promised to me to activate my outgoing call. But till now my mobile number is not activated since last 45 days. So kindly i ask you to take the necessosary action to the people who are not taken the correct actions. The mobile no i recieved from the nearest dealer at turaiuyur is 9894011398.
