Unauthorized Deductions for Christian/Prayer Alerts

I am constantly getting SMS from 543212 and 64611007 from Airtel Live regarding charges of Rs 7 for some Services which I have not subscribed to. They are regularly deducting the amount for the same. I've also complained to 198 and they are still doing the same for more than 3 weeks. Customer care representatives are hanging the Phone now instead of taking any action.

I need to know how to get them stop these deductions every Sunday.
