So bad customer care service provided by Airtel Orissa

Hello, myself is customer or airtel orissa. now i m in kolkata . so when i tried to call the customer care through 121 it connects to airtel customer service of west bengal and when told my problem about the continuance of mobile office they advised me to call to orissa customer service with no 9937099370.(prefix 0).

when i m m calling to this no without 0 it is saying that please prefix 0 before number. and when im dialing with 09937099370 it is saying that the number is invalid.

so what can be done. i m facing this problem very often because im frequent traveller. any suggestion
