Deactivating services without notice

I had brought a new Airtel connection some 20 days back and was duly activated. However, the call for local address verification came at a crunch situation, where i committed to the person calling that i will call back at the same number, however when dialled there was no response.
However, after a couple of days without any prior notice my outgoing was barred on 15th May, incidentally I was out of town then. it took me 2 days to figure out the reason behind it, which was told as incomplete documentation. Instead of wasting any time in arguing, i promptly resubmitted a set of documents on 18th may to an Airtel office, on which i was assured that within 48 hours, outgoing will be restored. As of today i.e 21st may my outgoing is yet to be restored. Repeated calls to customer care was met with apathy and no clear response.
Again on 21st evening i submitted m documents for the 3rd time and was assured that prompt action would be taken by two senior executives who intervened when the customer office people were rude. However to my dismay even my incoming has been stopped on 22nd evening.
I would like immediate renewal of my services and an apology from the company
