Deduction of amount on pretext of 'hello tunes'

I got a top on my account around mid May. Things were going smoothly when until 4 days back I got a SMS stating my HELLO TUNES service subscription will be renewed within 3 days. What do you mean?

I never availed your this service and got Rs 30 dedcuted for that. Things dont end here. Today afternoon i got a SMS saying my subscription has been renewed and Rs 30 have been deducted.!!!

I immediately discontinued the service. But my 60 bucks have gone down the drain. That too for what? /?

Shitty 'Airtel hello tune'. Which sane guy would use airtel tune as its hello tune.

I want my Rs 60 to be refunded asap.
