Dear sir,

My name is manali gaikwad. my no. is 9096743693, this was an campus sim but due to its validity expired after 6 months it got converted into normal airtel .hence i got a recharge of rs.156 for converting it into airtel campus plan.it was successful for 3 days after the recharge then again it got converted into an normal airtel plan.complain was launched at the airtel call center for 7 to 8 times but even of no use no appropriate measure was taken by them instead they advised me to get the recharge done again.every time they said that the complaint is been registered and action will be taken in either 24 hrs or 48 hrs but again of no use.the senior executives were also answerable for what was going on.same thing continued for last 12days.so atlast i had to register here. plz try to solve my problem. thanking you.
