Unsatisfactory response towards a retailer complain

Respected sir,

I simply want to bring to your knpowledge that i am a retailer of your brand. I am having a shop in just front of your Bharti Airtel office, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Your company introduced a scheme previous year in the month of May and July. The scheme was that the retailer would be provided with 1 sim per activation.

We sold 32 sim in the period of 10th-31st of may, out of which 29 were immediately charged with a amount of above Rs.200 as per the given clause.

Similarly we sold 11 sim in the period of 20-31st july, out of which 9 were immediately charged with a amount of above Rs.200 as per the given clause.

It is very sorrowful to bring to your knowledge that i have not been provided with a single sim yet.

Previously they used to say yes, they would give but now they are completely denying for it.

Regarding this matter i talked to your TariTari Manager, Mr. Rohit also and also with Area Sales Manager, Mr. Anand but they are saying that there is no such entry in their computer.

Not only this, your company introduced the same scheme in the month of May but i have not been provided with a new sim for selling purpose since last two months. The distributor linked to me, Nilesh Agency, Ranchi is saying that there is no sim available.

I would simply like to ask one question that then how 30-40 sims are being made on display purpose in my near about shop, Big Bazaar?

So, you only let me know what should i do, wait for some action taken on your side regarding this matter or shall i approach to consumer forum for getting my right.

It is really very painful to see such a response from such a reputed company.

I will be highly obliged if you pay attention towards this matter and get it cleared as soon as possible.
