Outgoing calls on offe

Dear sir/Madam,

I am using samsung mobile C140 with an offer of airtel prepaid of 100 minutes free per month calls of airtel to airtel local calls from 01/05 till 15 days back, but now the offer is not activating, when I informed to the customer care they are also not solving my issue instead of they are saying " You should recharge your balance" I will agree for that but my offer period is not yet completed (it is absolutely for 2 years)

finally I am not able to use my offer minutes.

So please I am requesting you to solve my problem.
