Deduction from Balance

Everyday from my balance one rupee gets deducted. I have been facing this problem for the last few months. Then i contacted customer care and i was informed that mine connection comes under airtel daily rental plan something, so i need to do a validity recharge of 800 (1 year validity). Then I did my recharge. Now also daily 1 rupee is getting deducted from my balance, and when i contacted the customer care I am again asked to do another validity recharge for 1 year. When i asked the guy why this problem is occuring he just disconnected the call. Can you help me regarding this???
