Fake Airtel Customer Care executives visiting people with fake receipts to dupe for some amt

One Cutomer Care office called on my cell from Mobile No. 9004424822 saying she is priti working for Airtel. She explained some scheme and asked me to provide some documents for my identity.

As per out telecon, one thief named Ravi visited my place and cheated me for Rs. 580/-. he has taken cash from me and the talk time is not even added nor they are traceble. the mobile phone he has given is 9004570030. he has given a cutomer copy with airtel logo on it.

I wonder how such reputed company is unaware of the fact that such people are cheating their valuable customers. If this is the thing i would not continue my service with teh said service provider.
