Network Coverage problems

I am a customer of Airtel Prepaid services since 3-4 yrs now...

However, from the last one year i'm getting network coverage problems, due to which i may have lost my important calls... it was also never the case that i have not validated mobile validity services for a single month... I am very much disappointed that even after paying money to the company they are not able to provide the services effectively.

For the above i have communicated with their Customer Services desk. The representatives just assured me with the false solutions which were never worked. I lodged my complaints with them in the month of March but of no use. Today i.e. on 9th July i'd called them for the same issue but the story was not different than above.

Please help me on this issues as I'm not at all satisfied with the services provided by the Airtel Prepaid Servicces...
