SIMCARD NOT FUNCTIONING

My mobile no. is 9892657277.Simcard is showing network, but outgoing & incoming calls are not working.

I had already replaced this simcard two times by paying Rs.200.due to reason "SIMCARD BLOCKED' from your BORIVALI gallary. Kindly activate my sim immedietely.
