Airtel Prepaid SIM
Prepaid connection not allowing outgoing calls

I bought a Airtel Prepaid Connection on my name Niranjan Bagh, Jaykaypur on 02-08 with Life Time facility. The problem is that I am not able to place any outgoing calls. Incoming is fine. It is giving an error - Call Barring Active. I talked to the distributor a number of times at Rayagada, Orissa, but he is not responding.
