Dimanding Extra Charges

This Is Vivek P. Jalke i belong to Yavatmal. I am a Regular Castomer of Airtel Prepaid Survises. but now my sim card is totaly ruined. so that i call costomar care they told me you have Rs 49 chrges for another new same number sim and advise to meet nearest airtel office. then i go MOR COMMUNICATION CITY CENTER NEAREST ADHAWADI BAZAR YAVATMAL and they dimand me Rs 200 for same number new sim card at another way they dimand me extra charges and they have not a suitebale answer for that extra chareges. so thats not fair with me so that take right reaction and give me a right justice. THANK YOU
