Dear sir

i m a prepaid card holder of airtel, and since last two months vas pack service is enabled on my number but i never have done anythig to make this service activated, you have started this sercive automatically and i already have told to the customer care to discontinue this service many times, but your customer care executives are eve not interested in hearing my problem.so please stop finishing my balance i such a service which dont want and even dont know about the service.
