Airtel Prepaid to Postpaid

Hello,

Since last September i am using Airtel prepaid sim, suddenly in january i got call from Airtel customer centre to convert my prepaid to postpaid. i agreed on the terms and i said to send there executive to me for collecting the documents. i submitted th documents along with Rs. 250. 1 month passed my sim did'nt got activated then i contacted there office and everyone stepd back to take the responsbility. after some days i drafted feedback on there site and i got call from there help centre to convert again. this time i trusted them and again subbmitted my documents. to Mr. Shadab Khan. and got call from Customer help Mr. Rahul. everything done along with verification. then on thursday they faild my old sim registration and i thought my new sim will be activated in 3 hours as they have told me. but four days passed and my sim is not yet activated. and i am facing very great problem as if someones sim is deactivated from last four days then wat will happen who is in sales and marketing. Now when i call that customer care Mr. Rahul he never picks my call. and when ever he picks he hand overs to another guy.
