Dear Sir/Mam,

I have prepaid connection of Airtel and my cell no. is 9001410488 in the month of January 09 there was a scheme of 100 National messages free by recharge of Rs 26/-.

So I got recharged my mumber also in above scheme. When i started to send national sms, I found that Airtel had charged Rs. 1.50/- per sms.

I also had sms scheme 360 local sms by rechage of Rs. 36/-. But airtel has charged the national sms charges from my 36/- lacoal sms scheme.

In this regard i have talked at their customer care center, but they didn't respond at all.

Kindlay look into the matter and take necessory action so that other customer also can get solution of this type of problem
