Customer care staff was unethical and non professional

I had taken SIM card (phone no. 9730448803) for my grandmother in October which was blocked, saying that we have not submitted the documents. For your kind information, we had submit documents twice to the retailer. If some miscommunication is there between you and retailer the why should customer suffer. Later, I personally went to Airtel office at Vega Center, Pune, with the documents, your staff was rude, unethical and non professional. They told me that SIM was recycled and that no. was given to someone else.
Being a law student form University of Pune, I request you to take the necessary action against the particular staff member and do something about my SIM otherwise, unwantedly I will have to approach Consumer Forum.
