My number issue other person

Dear Sir,

I send you a complaint for restart my Airtel No:-9915134004. Sir, yesterday my number issue to other person in Terntarn Punjab. Airtel frod with me. I notice to Airtel Punjab to restart my mobile connection with in one week, otherwise i take action to airtel in consumer court, because i have already 999/-Life Time PrePaid consumer in this number.
