My Connection Disconnected without any Reason

Dear Sir, I am a Customer of Airtel Punjab mobile number 9915134004 life time prepaid recharge with 999/-.

Last month my number disconnect without any reason. I complaint customer care but no any response. I want to help me for action to airtel or going to consumer court? I hope for your help.
