Airtel Recharge
No recharge on prepaid phone

I have tried to recharge the prepaid phone No.919816807885 on 09 Jan by ICICI bank online recharge for INR 555.00. The amount was debited from my account vide Payment ID0088048876. However the amount was not transferred to the phone no.919816807885 till yet. On calling the Airtel call centre we were informed to communicate with you.

Please either recharge the amount to the above phone or refund the amount of INR555.00 to my ICICI account from which it was debited.
