Airtel - recharge
ERecharge - Rs.222 for full talk time as per the massage in my brother mobile. But the same is missrepresent by your company

Dear Sir,

I am one customer in your company, my mob no is 09748783560. My brother had received one massage in his mobile from your office for full talk time on 02.06.08, Erecharge of Rs. 222/-. As per the massage I had charged Rs.222/- at 8.59 p.m. on 02.06.08 in my mobile, but till today I have received only Rs.197/- talktime for the same. Is it the procedure of your company to deal with the customer?

Thus, credit the balance amount.
