Airtel - Revolution Scheme
Not given my full refund for mobile connections & charging for the connection which was not taken

I was approaced by Mr. Satam from Lower parel branch of airtel with a special scheme called REVOLUTION, and was offerred three connections in serial numbers (9987131920/21/22).with 32kb card. each costing Rs 599 and Rs500 as card price and Rs 99for connection. I was told that any time when you decide to stop the service you will get Rs 500 refund without the connection charges. The next day I was told on telephone that the card number9987131921 has a virus, so we can not give you that number & instead we will give you 9987131990. I did not agree and told them not to process it as it is not in serial number. The card number 9987131922 & 9987131920 were accepted. The next month I was billed for all the three numbers. I lodged a complaint with Mr. Satam Hemant on his cell and he told me not to pay for 9987131990 andpay the bill issued for the rest two numbers. I lodged another complaint to shivaji park Airtel gallery on 3/8 in writting, as Mr Satam stopped taking my calls. I was told by the Aitel gallery people that it will take 6wks. to get the refund as opposed to the promised by Mr. Satam that you can get it across the counter. After complaining 3to 4 times and many times on number 121 they could not find the reference to complaints. Yesterday i received a cheque of Rs 3o3-18 for cancellation of services of number 9987131990 which I had not taken also. So no question of cancellation. I have still not got the reund for my wife;s number 9987131922 which I asked them to cancell on 3-8 after paying the dues for the bill. I feel that i am cheated by Mr. Satam Hemant, The Airtel authorities telling wrong things, charging for the connection which was not taken and not refunding the full amount for the same.
