From Airtel I have taken a plan of life time incoming free. I have been paying Rs99 per month as per the plan, Already I have paid 13months (from last Aug to till date, as per the plan after 12months paid connection will be for Life Time but I didn't get that connection, from Airtel they disconnected my incoming and outgoing calls, on last
1. 5th, Sept I called to customer care centre they told me on 9the sept @ 1:30pm they update me but they didn't do that.
2. On 9th Sept @ 5:00pm I called them they told me within next 48hrs it will be rectify to me but no changes
3. As for information on 11sept @ 5pm I called them they told me your complaint has taken and we have dissolved your problem wait for end of the day means end of the 11th, Sept, but there is no changes
4. On 12th Sept @ 8:30 am I called to CCC about the same matter they told me @ 1:30pm it will be update you but they didn't do that
5. Again @ 3:00pm I called them they told me they told me sorry for inconvenice it will update you on 13th Sep @ 8:00 pm
I would like say if they don't want to take care or rectify the number they should tell frankly, since 5th sept onwards they have been playing with consumers, like this so many consumers might be facing the problem, then what's the use of this Plan, what's the use of Airtel connection
