Limited incoming and no out going. incoming getting charged

Hi, since the tower accident at lower parel, Mumbai i have not been able to make calls and in comming has been irratic. also i realised that i am getting charged for incoming calls. I have a prepaid no. 9860926627. The service no. does not respond to calls and sms's. i require immediate resolves. Tapan RoyChoudhury
