Ad response, Worst commitment

I had made a request for deactivation of my Airtel to Airtel all over India re 1/ Plan on 2 Oct and since then i have called your customer service as well as your complain sevice atleat 10 times, every time i am promised that it will be done within 24 hrs but still it has not been deactivated till today. It is really bad on your part that i am beening troubled for so many days for such a small thing. I must say it has been as really bad experince with you people and i have totally lost trust on airtel as you people have not been able to keep up to commitment.
