Outgoing blocked

My mobile no. is 9987002102.This no is with us since last 3 years. Recently, we submitted the cheque payment of Feb 09 at airtel gallery at Kandivli, and the problem started. The payment was encashed by them on 24.02.09 itself, but we received phone calls everyday[for next 6 weeks], in fact my day started with their phone calls. In spite of repeatedly telling them the payment and encashment details, since last one month, the outging has been blocked.

Later their phone call came that they have traced the payment, that they will give me discount of Rs.200, but till date the outgoing service has not stated. We had to talk to their customer care through another mobile, and incur heavy call charges, since every time we call, we get the message that the system is very slow, and hence they are unable to reply on the spot. Many times the reply was given that within 2 hrs the outgoing will be activated but to no avail.

Lastly we have decided to switch the service provider.
