Wrong Balance Deduction

This is to inform you that on 8th March'08 a wrong balance of Rs 99 was deducted from by number ie 9810609784.

I called Airtel customercare centre many times and they replied that it was wrong deduction and they will credit the balance shortly.

Now After a long follow-up. I called Airtel customer centre today again dt.17/3/08 now when they fail to credit the balance back, they are saying that you have done some downloading, which I have not done.

Kindly instruct accordingly to credit the balance to my Mob number, 9810609784 immediately.
