Poor customer service&cheating

My balance is being reduced and i talk to customer care they say you have activated some services which i have not.the person to whom i was talking was very rudely talking to me and aftersometime he disconnenct my phone.first of all i want to know is this the servies provided by airtel.i am also using another companies sim but i have never seen such a poor service.first of all i want to complain against the person to whom i was talking and how my balance is reduced though i have not activated any services
