Cell Phone not getting activated

I had bought about 3 days back the above SIM Card from Kalyan Maharashtra - India. PIN CODE 421301. It bears MSISDN: 9004508984 and IMSI: 404929501258142. Presently I am in Lucknow (UP) India for 2 - 3 days. My cell phone model is Nokia N79, which not getting activated. I have contacted the source in Kalyan, from where I had bought this SIM card and inspite of my chasing him, my above metioned sim card is not geting activate. Can you help?
