Text based service

I had taken a number 9970990882 of airtel maharashtra and i live in pune. I have problem with text based message service... I donno how it got activated but when i requested the customer care people they have no clue whats happening (they directed me in different ways - no idea worked out).hackers must have intruded in to your territory... and i am paying for that???

i would like to know why u plp r deducting rs 10/- daily in the name of text based message service???
