Airtel sim
Sim not activated for 4 days

I have issued two in number airtel sim cards in my wife's name. they are issued for our newly started business. the first sim card has got activated but the second one is not acivated for the last 4 days. i have also paid Rs. 149/- for the activation.customer care says to get the sim activated from the dealer. the sim was purchased from airtel out let at neil sengupta sarani, the represenrative was mr. jha, after repeated calls he has not activated the sim card, now he is not even answering my calls. it seems now that i have to spend Rs.200/- taxi fare to activate a Rs. 49/- sim card. really bul shit...
