Non activation since 7 days

I have purchased one PREE PAID SIM since 7 days bearing no 09096179319 from retailer at AURANGABAD, Maharastra. I have submitted all required documents & amount, but till to day ie on 8th day the said SIM has not been activated. The customer care are giving careless reply & multiple plea.

Please arrang to activate my SIM at the earliest.
