Cut the talk time balence without subscribed any btype service

Sir, my self ramnaresh singh from bhopal my cel no. 9981040468.my problem is cut my airtel acount balence.firstly i recive the masseges to sending from 5432161 these masseges cintain -thankyou for subscribingto airtel friendchat.you have been chared rs.10 for 10 days.then i have contect of custumer care .he says you have been send masseges for 5432162513465 its a reason for subscribing but i have provide detail information for custumer care .lastly he says i have not responseble for this mistak, you have contect near airtel office and use some bad word, ultimetly these type of beheviour is not suiteble for any proffesnol service man.then i have chak my acount he is go to minus 10(-10) rs. then i back to the call custumer care again 27times but my callnot connected.so i humbly reqested please solve my problem.
