Tuning problem-remote not working

i have registered a complaint about the tuning problem of my lcd tv through remot control, on saturday, 5th nov and the reg no is RNA 111105020323. but i didnt get my problem rectified. After that i again called the coustomer care and re registered the complaint. They gave me another reg no. RNA 111107006016.They told me that within 24 hours my complaint will be solved.

Meanwhile i had called the coustomer care officers several times... and every time they told me the same statement that it will be solved in 24 hours.

Sir, it is 6 days over after my first complaint registration...
