Airtel SIM card
Sim card is not activated from when i puchase (2 month) to till the date

Hi

i got sim card before 2 months from lowerparel shop, but till it is not activated, i complained so many time to the shop but dint get any result, then i call in customer care no and the person told me that this is not a local no its delhi's no, i told him that i got it from mumbai only so how cant it possible. and now i just dont want this sim after those harasment i gp to that shop again to get back my all proff papers that i submited with aplication, but he is avoit me evry time.
