Diversion of calls

I have been using airtel for the last 3 to 4 yrs and always thought airtel to be the best despite their high tariff rates on calls.unfortunately, i am compelled to bring up a serious mismanagement on airtel's side.my airtel no which is 9967459124 is being constantly diverted to another number.at first i thought there must be something wrong with my phone settings and rechecked it many times.it is extremely frustrating to think my personal calls, smses were being read by another person.this is a gross violation of my fundamental rights. All this was brought to my attention a few months back but i never cared to find out.however out of the blue, my cell phone did not have any network today and i instintively removed my sim card, dialled my no 9967459124 from another no and lo, it was answered by a woman whose no is 9821779029 and she herself told me she has been receiving smses and calls meant for me!!!

if this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours, i will lodged an FIR as this is a form of gross mental abuse anf infringement of my privacy.
