Airtel/Sim Card
Delaying in issueing new sim card

Due to scratches, my airtel sim could not be access. As thats my permanent contact number, it becames inconvenient for me to change that.so i went to airtel office at sihgad road, pune on 1st september and told about the problem. they took 75 Rs. from me and give me new airtel sim, they assure that my number will not change and the new sim will be activited on the that day only. But till today (10/09), that sim card is not activated. I visited that office and also called customer care but that doesn't work... due to this i am suffering from lots of losses and airtel can not fulfill my losses...
