Deductions of amounts

I have airtel connections in my father name (Satish Sarin) bearing the scheme of 99 for one year and then life long free. Period of one year is over long back and recently I recharged my card for 100 and talk time displayed 86 after which I made call of 5 displayed and balanced remaining 54.I couldn`t get calculations difference. Also, I am getting repeated silly jokes and deductions of 1.50 daily. Sometimes also get message amount 30 has been from U`r account. I am confused about deductions from reputed company of airtel. I am in Pune and when I ask Airtel personnal in Pune I`m getting reply that my mobile is of Mumbai so I have to contact mumbai. Airtel has a big communication network and I really don`t know why the complaints are not taken in Pune.
