Deactivation of cid_b4pservice from Airtel

I want to deactivate my cid_b4pservice from Airtel. I'm getting an sms from 5676787, and I have been charged Rs.7 every week.By mistakenly I've registered in that service, I don't also know how to play. I've informed Airtel customer service several times, the executives are just giving one sms number and some code to send an sms, but till date it has not been deactivated. I beleive that some action will be taken against this immediately. Pls look forward it immediately MY NO IS 99810197947
