Without my consent activate speedflirt on my mobile

Sir,
my mobile no is 9955266260.Without my consent Airtel speedflirt is deducting Rs.1 for each massage and Rs.20 as 15 days charges from my balance since last few months. I had also complained but invain.
Therefore, i request you to take necessary action and refund my deducted amount.
