Lifetime validity is not given

Dear sir,

I am an airtel prepaid customer for NCR Region. My mobile no. is 9910826877. In month of July I got a SMS which for three times that on special recharge of Rs 196/- I will get a taktime of Rs 10, 1 month validity upfront and after that lifetime validity. I have made a recharge in july month end. I got a taktime of Rs 10 and 1 month validity but after completed one month I havn't got any lifetime validity. Moreover, I have to pay Rs 4 per day to extend my validity. I am talking Airtel cce on regular basis. But I'm not getting any satisfactory response from theirside. Please support and guide me in the relevent situation.
